Just moved into a studio on the 4th floor. Really loving the layout and spaciousness of it all. The appliances are all stainless steel, and the balcony is HUGE! I can't wait to design my apartment with all my Xenomorphs! Going to try a few different layouts to see which one is best. Thank you Lap for helping me with the last minute move. He made it happen so quickly and has been responsive ever since. I'm so happy with my new apartment.

I've lived at F11 for more than 5 years. I love everything about my apartment and the building. Top notch appliances, hardwood floors, amazing shower, really the highest living standard in downtown San Diego. The building pool is cozy and fun. The GYM is great and equipped with everything needed for good cardio and weights workouts. The management and maintenance teams very responsive and always willing to resolve any issue that might come up. I highly recommend to check it out.

Nice interiors and appliances. The amenities were also good and the parking spaces are spacious unlike my previous apartment. The location is also nice because there’s a coffee shop half a block away and it’s right above a yoga studio. Lap was also really kind and helpful the whole time I was living at F11.
